PlayStation Plus June 2023 Game Catalog and ‘Celebration’ Announced

Celebrate one year since the launch of the PlayStation Plus tiered service.

Sony Interactive Entertainment have announced the PlayStation Plus June 2023 Game Catalog featuring titles such as Far Cry 6 and Rogue Legacy 2. The company celebrates one year since the launch of its tiered PlayStation Plus service with a “celebration” of sorts.

Starting June 20, 2023, PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium subscribers will have access to several new Game Catalog titles. These titles include Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge, Far Cry 6, Rogue Legacy 2, and Soulstice. Moreover, a PlayStation Plus Premium Game Trial for WWE 2K23 will be available. This game trial gives subscribers brief access to the full WWE 2K23 game before making a purchase.

The list of confirmed titles by PlayStation (US) may be found below:

Alongside the PlayStation Plus June 2023 Game Catalog, free avatars and wallpapers will be sent to PlayStation Plus members between June 20 and June 30. Additionally, various PlayStation Stars campaigns will be held in the same timeframe, allowing users to earn digital collectibles to commemorate the one-year anniversary of the relaunch of PlayStation Plus. More “celebrations” are happening in the latter half of June 2023, and PlayStation Blog has all the details for those interested in showing their continued support.

Further, Sony Interactive Entertainment confirmed that the company is currently testing cloud streaming for supported PS5 games. This new feature will be available for PlayStation Plus Premium members as an additional benefit at no extra cost. More details will be announced at a later date.

“We’re currently testing cloud streaming for supported PS5 games – this includes PS5 titles from the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog and Game Trials, as well as supported digital PS5 titles that players own,” said Nick Maguire, Sony Interactive Entertainment vice president of global services. “When this feature launches, cloud game streaming for supported PS5 titles will be available for  use directly on your PS5 console. That means as a Premium member, it’ll be easier to jump into your favorite games without downloading them first onto your PS5 console. Our goal is to add this as an additional benefit to PlayStation Plus Premium as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the value of PlayStation Plus.”
