The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is a huge game with a huge map. There are 15 of these towers across the land and each fills in a chunk of the map with vital topographical information! You need the paraglider to tackle the Skyview Towers. Just follow our guide here to learn all about the process of getting it! Using the paraglider makes this process a lot easier because some towers are a cinch to activate by gliding from other locations or using some different techniques with it.
I activated every tower with 1 Stamina Wheel and 4 Hearts. It’s extremely possible to do these towers in any order you wish without too much trouble. Some Towers are easy enough to just walk up to and activate, while some require a short little adventure in order to gain entry to them.
Some of these Towers are in cold or hot areas. You can prepare some meals to counteract the natural elements. I do recommend maybe grabbing a piece of helpful gear to help save you time and to prevent Link from taking damage from extreme temperatures!

How to Get Inside the Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower
If you have one of the neighboring towers activated (Popla Foothills, Hyrule Field) use them to get the jump on traveling to this tower.
When you reach the tower you will find that the doors are locked and won’t open. Talk to the repair man nearby for him to mention some nearby caves.
Go down the hill some and you’ll find the caves behind the tower. The approximate Coordinates are 1381, -1200, 0133. 
There are a lot of destructible rocks in this cave. I’d avoid bomb arrows so that you don’t kill yourself. Use the Fuse ability with some rocks and sticks to make clubs. These are a fairly safe and abundant option to use as there are more rocks littered around the cave system.
While exploring the cave you should come across this room. Your icon on the map should overlap the tower icon. 
Use the Ascend ability to infiltrate the tower with ease.
Remove the sticks barring the tower doors.
After this the repair man will talk with you and the tower will be perfectly usable!
