P4G Chie Social Link Max Rank Persona
For reaching Lvl 10 and completing this Social Link you gain access to the Futsunushi Persona.
It can be fused at Level 80. It blocks Physical attacks and is weak to Dark. It knows really powerful attack skills and has passives that boost damage and cut HP cost of attacks. Power Charge increases its damage output even further.
