Diablo IV’s release date is on June 6, 2023, for PS4/PS5, Xbox One/Series X/S, and Steam.
We reported in June that it would release in 2023, but with no information on the date. The Diablo developer, Blizzard Entertainment, decided to break the news at The Game Awards 2022.
It’s been 10 years since Diablo III’s release and Activision Blizzard is ready to move forward with a new installment. The developers plan to bring back the darker roots of the franchise, adding a more gritty aesthetic. While also adding more customization and player options, Blizzard wants to make Diablo IV a better experience for fans.
Blizzard Entertainment has provided a description of the game on Diablo IV’s website:
The endless battle between the High Heavens and the Burning Hells rages on as chaos threatens to consume Sanctuary. With ceaseless demons to slaughter, countless Abilities to master, nightmarish Dungeons, and Legendary loot, this vast, open world brings the promise of adventure and devastation. Survive and conquer darkness – or succumb to the shadows.
Diablo IV digital pre-orders are available with the standard, deluxe, and ultimate editions.
As Diablo IV’s release date comes close, fans are sure to not miss it.
