Nintendo released a new blog post featuring character profiles for the Umbra Witches of Bayonetta 3 (and Cheshire!). The profiles give a brief bio of each main character in Bayonetta 3 including Bayonetta, Jeanne, and Viola.
Bayonetta 3 releases October 28 for Nintendo Switch worldwide. A physical version of the original Bayonetta is available now for Switch as well.

Bayonetta
If you’re looking for an enchanting Umbra Witch who’s dressed to kill – you found her. No seriously. Armed with magic, hair-raising combos, and a little extra help from her Infernal Demons, Bayonetta is ready to SLAY.
Jeanne
Jeanne has been Bayonetta’s rival, best friend, and the general yin to her yang. But this motorcycle-riding, trash-talkin’ Umbra Witch brings her own set of dangerous (yet fashionable) surprises.
Viola
A mysterious witch-in-training, Viola is… let’s say, visiting. Alongside her capricious demon companion Cheshire, Viola is ready to do what she feels is necessary to stop the incoming Homunculi threat.
Cheshire
Bright, toothy, and quite talented on a motorcycle, Cheshire is Viola’s only demon. But just because he’s summoned doesn’t mean Viola can control him. Cheshire is his own man, ya know?
