The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero Release Date and Price Details

    The long-awaited western release of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero approaches this week, introducing console players to the Crossbell duology for the first time.

    The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero releases on September 27 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC via Steam. The game is expected to unlock at 12 a.m. EDT digitally on consoles while the Steam version unlocks at 12 p.m. EDT. In Europe, the release date of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero is September 30. In Oceania, the release date of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero is October 7.

    Players may purchase a digital copy of The Legend of Heroes: Trails from Zero for $39.99. Physical copies will be sold at retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, and GameStop for $49.99. The physical copy is a deluxe edition featuring the “Songs of the City-State” digital soundtrack and the “Special Support Section Dossier” mini art book.

    The Switch and PC versions contain additional graphical enhancements and quality-of-life improvements not found in the PS4 version. Peter “Durante” Thoman developed the improved Switch and PC versions. The PS4 version remains consistent with the original release of The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki Kai.     The sequel, The Legend of Heroes: Trails to Azure, releases in 2023 for PS4, Switch, and PC via Steam. Falcom’s Trails series surpassed seven million copies sold worldwide as of September 2022.
