Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Leaked – How to Avoid Spoilers

With the release of the XCI file, Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has officially leaked early. Fans noticed listing of games popping up on eBay over the past few days, and the worst was confirmed when the game was listed on various emulation sites and screenshots/captures started to appear. With only a week left to go, we are here to help make sure you do not get spoiled on the latest chapter in the Xenoblade series.

    How This Even Happened

As mentioned above, it all started earlier this week when listings began to go up on eBay. These listings were shipping within the next three to four days, which meant players would be getting their hands on the game a week early at least. At the time of the listings, no one had uploaded anything other than a short 5 minute clip from overseas, however that changed today. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 has leaked online, with the game available to be played using emulation now.

Many Twitter users are confirming that content has already started to hit the internet, with some noting that videos of all cutscenes from the game are already here. Unfortunately, this does not come as a surprise to most. Things like this happen very often with games, especially with Nintendo’s due to emulation. However, we have plenty of tips to help avoid being spoiled.

How to Avoid Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Leaks

First and foremost for Twitter users, muting words is a necessity. To do this, simply navigate to Settings, Privacy and Safety, Mute and Block, and finally Muted Words. By doing this, you can ensure that no tweets will appear on your timelinne spoiling the game.

Second and most importantly, install the Unhook extension to hide all YouTube recommendations. YouTube is widely known to promote suggested video with loads of spoilers, so this is a must for Xenoblade fans.

Finally, and easily the most effective, is simply going offline for the next week. By going offline fully, no spoilers have any chance of getting to you. This is not easy for some, but to ensure a spoiler free playthrough, this is the best way.
