    PS4 sells 117.2 million units and PS5 sells 19.3 million units as of March 31st, 2022

    Sony’s financial results for their fiscal year 2021 have come in, and we’ve got updated sales figures for the PlayStation brand alongside the corporation’s other ventures. The PS4 is currently sitting at 117.2m units sold, while the PS5 sits at 19.3m units. A graph explaining the sales and operating income of the brand shows that the sales of PlayStation consoles has increased in the fiscal year, while sales of software have decreased. This is mainly due to first-party software and add-on content, according to the report.
