    Zombie Army 4: Dead War on Switch features gyro aiming, Steam cross-saves

    Rebellion shared new details for the Switch version of Zombie Army 4: Dead War! The Switch version supports gyro aiming with Joy-Cons and the Pro Controller so players can fine tune their aim. The game supports Steam cross-saves and allows PC players to take the fight against zombie hordes onto the Switch. Additionally, the game features dynamic resolution support to round out a smooth experience in portable mode and docked mode. Check out more details and the new trailer below:

    Oxford, March 3rd, 2022 – Rebellion, one of the world’s most successful independent studios, has today revealed that the forthcoming Nintendo Switch version of Zombie Army 4: Dead War will feature enhanced controls, allowing players to use the gyroscope to fine tune their aim, and Steam Cross Save* which allows you to take your Steam saves onto your Nintendo Switch to continue the fight on the move. Releasing on Tuesday April 26th and available to pre-order now, Zombie Army 4 on Nintendo Switch will also dynamically change resolution to ensure a smooth 30fps experience, running up to 1080p when docked and 720p when undocked.

    Developed by Rebellion North, Zombie Army 4 brings the same insane levels of mayhem, gore and carnage you would expect from the bone-chilling series to the Nintendo Switch with no compromises. Supporting two to four player in both local wireless and online modes, Zombie Army 4 is a great game to play co-operatively.

    Complete with support for the Pro Controller the Nintendo Switch version also includes all of the additional content from Season Pass One and every post-release Horde Map on the game card. Season Pass One gives players three additional levels, four character packs, nine weapon bundles, five weapon skin packs and four character outfit bundles. It is also available free on all other platforms now.

    Season Pass Two and Season Pass Three will be available to purchase at launch, giving players a huge amount of additional content. Complete with an in-game Achievements system, players who complete the base game’s storyline will unlock Nightmare Mode to increase the challenge even further.

    Zombie Army 4: Dead War is available to pre-order now for the Nintendo Switch ahead of its release on April 26th priced £39.99 / $49.99 / €49.99. It is also available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Epic Games Store, Steam, Microsoft Store and Google Stadia. It’s playable on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S with upgraded new-gen features.
