The Legend of Heroes: Akatsuki no Kiseki console versions shut down by June 15th

Falcom and UserJoy Japan announced that The Legend of Heroes: Akatsuki no Kiseki will be shut down on consoles by June 2022. The Switch version will shut down first on April 28th followed by all PlayStation versions on June 15th. These PlayStation versions include the PS3, PS4 and PS Vita releases in Japan. Switch players may migrate their data to the iOS, Android and PC (DMM Games) versions. Unfortunately, PlayStation players can not migrate their data to the aforementioned supported versions. Instead, players must submit their PlayStation account names by June 15th. Falcom and UserJoy Japan will grant bonus support sets and items to their new PC account for The Legend of Heroes: Akatsuki no Kiseki. Following these shutdowns, only the mobile and PC versions remain.

The next new game in the series, The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki II -CRIMSON SiN-, releases later this year for PS4 and PS5 in Japan. In the meantime, stay tuned at Final Weapon for the latest Japanese gaming news and updates!
