Minoru Noda appointed as Aquaplus CEO, promotes overseas expansion

Aquaplus announced that Minoru Noda has been appointed CEO of the company. Aquaplus president Naoya Shimokawa is also stepping up to the COO role. According to Aquaplus, Noda will help strengthen business and grow the company while Shimokawa focuses on development and production of new games. In addition, the company will promote business expansions and development overseas from Japan. This means that Aquaplus could be pushing for western releases of their games and establishing a worldwide presence. For fans of IPs such as Utawarerumono, the future is looking bright.
