During Final Fantasy XIV Letter from the Producer LIVE LXVIII, director/producer Naoki Yoshida stated that Final Fantasy XIV patch 6.1 will be discussed further during the next live letter. The latest live letter focuses on the general future of Final Fantasy XIV following the Endwalker expansion. FFXIV Letter from the Producer LIVE LXIX will be primarily about the newest update to come. However, Yoshida did share some tidbits of information for the patch. Starting in patch 6.1, A Realm Reborn scenario quests will be Trust compatible. Further patches (Patch 6.2 – 6.5) will expand Trust compatibility across prior expansions. 8-player trials will not be updated during this patch. Dungeons will also be restructured and accommodated for Trusts to work effectively. An exact date for live letter LXIX will be announced soon. Lastly, Final Fantasy XIV: Endwalker is out now for PS4, PS5 and PC.
