After several years since the announcement back in 2015, KanColle Season 2 anime finally premieres in Fall 2022! KanColle (Kantai Collection) rights holder C2 Kikan confirmed the news during Chinjufu New Year Special Live! 2022. In 2019, Kadokawa reassured fans that the KanColle Season 2 anime was still in production at the time. Luckily, fans of the series will finally see that second season this fall across Japanese broadcasting networks.
