Microsoft receives 16% increase in gaming revenue as of September 30th due to Xbox Series X|S

Microsoft’s first fiscal quarter report was published with results ending on September 30th 2021. The company saw a 16% increase in gaming revenue compared to the same fiscal quarter in 2020. This is due to high demand for Xbox Series X|S consoles which drove up total revenue and sales for the company. Xbox hardware revenue is up an astounding 166% year-over-year thanks to the new consoles as well (Thanks, VGC).
