Koei Tecmo announced Monster Rancher 1 & 2 DX for Switch and Steam in Japan! The combined deluxe pack of remasters comes with additional features like high speed mode and access to sound effects from the original versions. More save slots, monster slots and a battle ranking system are introduced in the DX versions as well. A special 25th Anniversary BOX Edition will be sold for 15,070 yen containing the following:
- Soundtrack
- Development Materials
- Special Booklet
- Monster Rancher 2 Secret CD
- Mochi Vinyl Backpack
