Sony announced that their acquisition of Crunchyroll from AT&T is finally complete. Funimation and Crunchyroll are now working together to offer anime experiences according to the agreement made in December 2020. Additionally, Funimation and Crunchyroll will continue operations as usual. Here’s what CEO of Sony Group Kenichiro Yoshida and CEO of Sony Pictures Tony Vinciquerra had to say:
