Arc System Works released their 7th Volume of Developer’s Backyard! The newest volume re-introduces Goldlewis Dickinson, the first DLC character of Guilty Gear Strive. In the volume, Akira Katano also shares some details about upcoming updates for the game. An update is arriving in late August followed by another in October. The first update will strengthen characters determined to be lacking in power and improving moves that don’t have enough options for use. The team is carefully considering changes to damage output and minor adjustments to certain characters if needed.
The October update features adjustments to improve the depth and fun of the game. Arc System Works will detail this in the future, most likely in another volume of Developer’s Backyard.
