During Nintendo Treehouse Live at E3 2021, Bill Trinen shared some tidbits of information regarding the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. Specifically, the title for the sequel has been decided by Nintendo. Bill Trinen states that the title will not be revealed just yet as it contains major hints toward the premise of the game. Here’s what he had to say according to IGN:

“As for why we’re holding back on the name, you’ll just have to stay tuned because, obviously, Zelda names are kind of important…. Those subtitles… they start to give little bits of hints about maybe what’s going to happen.”

Fans will have to wait a little bit longer before the official name gets revealed. Lastly, the sequel releases in 2022 for Switch. Stay tuned at Final Weapon for the latest Japanese gaming news and support us on Patreon!
