    Microsoft shares new details and gameplay for Halo Infinite’s multiplayer including cross-progression and cross-play

    Microsoft just unveiled new details about Halo Infinite’s multiplayer in a new showcase! Halo Infinite features both cross-progression and cross-play between Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Windows 10 and Steam. Equipment features from prior games are back along with Spartan customization. In addition, weapons from Halo 2 are back in multiplayer. Halo Infinite does not have an expiring Battle Pass and loot boxes aren’t present in the game. New players are welcomed to try out the new “Academy” mode to learn the ropes. Lastly, a robust launch and post-launch content is coming with Halo Infinite.
