505 Games and Rabbit & Bear Studios have announced a publishing partnership for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, the upcoming JRPG from Suikoden creator Yoshitaka Murayama! Eiyuden Chronicle is a spiritual successor of Suikoden made by former developers from the series and Konami. According to Murayama in an official press release, this gives Rabbit & Bear Studios full control of the direction for the project while ensuring publishing for the game on various platforms. 505 Games is a suitable partner for their previous indie game efforts such as Koji Igarashi’s Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night, another game developed by ex-Konami developers at ArtPlay.

We are happy to announce today that we, Rabbit & Bear Studios, have partnered with 505 Games as a publisher for the Eiyuden Chronicle project.
We will begin a relationship with them as equals, which will allow us to fully control the direction and atmosphere of the game, as well as its rights.
This was only made possible thanks to all the fans who cheered us on, supported us, and did so many things to make sure the Eiyuden Chronicle Kickstarter project ended up as a huge success.
