    ESA is looking into a digital event for E3 2021, Geoff Keighley confirms Summer Game Fest is coming back this year

    The Entertainment Software Association (ESA) is looking into a digital event for E3 2021 according to VGC. While the company is pushing for digital keynotes and events to take place for E3 this year, they still need the backing of major gaming companies. According to the proposal made for E3 2021 by the ESA, the plans are currently for a June 14th preview night, awards show and aforementioned digital keynotes (upwards of 2 hours each) from gaming companies. It remains to be seen if ESA will get the backing in time for this summer.
