Square Enix has trademarked “Ever Crisis” and “The First Soldier” in Japan Updated

New trademarks from Square Enix are publicly available in Japan! As of December 17th 2020, the company trademarked:

Ever Crisis
The First Soldier (Sephiroth)

Additionally, the Shinra Electric Power Company logo was trademarked on December 22nd. It looks like Final Fantasy VII fans might be getting some new content soon.

*Update* Square Enix has trademarked Ever Crisis in Canada and Europe on January 18th and 19th respectively.

*Update #2 – January 24th* Square Enix continues their trademarks with Ever Crisis being filed in Australia.

*Update #3 – February 10th* Square Enix has trademarked Ever Crisis in the US as of February 4th.
