During a conference call with investors today, CD Projekt Red announced that Cyberpunk 2077 will be playable on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

The game’s upgrade would be delivered via a patch, and “it will look better on next-generation consoles” stated CFO Piotr Nielubowicz. Furthermore he stated that both upgrades for the upcoming consoles would be free for anyone who purchases it on PS4 and Xbox One.

Cyberpunk 2077 was slated to release on September 17th, but has since been delayed to November 13th, in order for CD Projekt Red to work out any bugs in the game.
