Square Enix has announced via email that the Final Fantasy VII Remake Orchestra World Tour has been delayed to 2021. This is due to the coronavirus outbreak and uncertainty around how long quarantines will last. Here’s the official email given to Square Enix subscribers:
As we continue to navigate the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, which has impacted concerts and other large gatherings around the world, we want to give you an important update on behalf of AWR Music Productions and the Square Enix Music team on the upcoming FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Orchestra World Tour. In an effort to safeguard the health and safety of our fans, musical performers, and local communities, several concerts have now been postponed. The below concerts have now been rescheduled to the following dates:
– Los Angeles rescheduled from June 14, 2020 to March 6, 2021
– Toronto rescheduled from June 26 and 27, 2020 to May 20 and 21, 2021
– Singapore rescheduled from July 4, 2020 to January 23, 2021
