Arc System Works has announced that they will close their office in Japan from April 10th to May 6th due to the coronavirus outbreak. In addition, they will allow their employees to work from home. Japan has declared a state of emergency due to the outbreak and its best for these publishers/developers to keep all employees safe. Arc System Works states that possible delays in development could come due to the shift in work. Scheduling and plans for Guilty Gear Strive and upcoming DLC characters for Granblue Fantasy Versus could be affected. Lastly, the full press release is available here.
