It seems that E3 might actually be riding into the sunset as Devolver Digital has eluded to plans being cancelled for the once prestigious event. In addition, various sources like Wario64 and Mike Flutter have heard that an official announcement for the cancellation of E3 2020 is coming very soon. We are classifying this as a rumor since it could turn out to be false or just elude to Devolver Digital dropping the show. However, the likelihood of E3 being cancelled is very real as publishers don’t need to attend the show. With the spread of coronavirus and extremely expensive costs to attend, these are another factors being put in the situation.
