Back during the Dreamcast era, 2K was created as the sports brand for SEGA. We saw games such as NFL Blitz and NFL 2K hit home with many fans, and it seems like 2K games wants to return to that glory. In a multi-year partnership, 2K Games and NFL will make games together again. The first project will launch in 2021 and this marks the return of the NFL 2K series since 2004. Although, the series will have to come as a non-simulation NFL game as EA still has the rights to making those sorts of games.

More details about the partnership are available here. Stay tuned at Final Weapon for the latest gaming news and updates!
