    Capcom “Platinum Titles” sales update – Devil May Cry 5 at over 3 million, Resident Evil 7 at 7 million sold worldwide

    Capcom has updated their sales figures for “Platinum Titles” sold by the company. Platinum Titles are games from Capcom that sell over a million. Thanks to Gematsu, we have a list of recently updated games below. Some of them include fan favorites like Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition and Resident Evil 7:

    • Monster Hunter: World (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 14.9 million units (800,000 additional units since September 30)

    • Resident Evil 7: biohazard (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold seven million units (200,000 additional units since September 30)

    • Resident Evil 2 (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 5.8 million units (840,000 additional units since September 30)

    • Devil May Cry 5 (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 3.1 million units (400,000 additional units since September 30)

    • Street Fighter V (PS4, PC) has sold 4.1 million copies (200,000 additional units since September 30)

    • Monster Hunter World: Iceborne (PS4, Xbox One) has sold 3.4 million units (400,000 additional units since September 30)

    • Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition (PS4, Xbox One, PC) has sold 1.4 million copies (first appearance on this list).
