ActuGaming recently spoke with Gust producer Keisuke Kikuchi and dropped some new tidbits of information about the company. Kikuchi states that Gust is currently working on four projects in development including the next Atelier game. The Atelier series is receiving strong sales in recent years, especially with the most recent release of Atelier Ryza. Kikuchi then talks about Fairy Tail RPG and it’s development. Here are the major highlights:

  • The team chose the middle point of Fairy Tail for the RPG to work with many characters and features
  • Hiro Mashima was open to original content for the game ranging from costumes to scenarios
  • The game’s focus is on existing characters, not creating new ones
  • Future arcs of Fairy Tail are best left for a sequel instead of DLC
