Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay to be shown August 30th

The development team behind Cyberpunk 2077 are currently in Cologne, Germany celebrating Gamescom with fans. They’ve made it clear that they haven’t forgotten about us at home though. In an official news post from the Cyberpunk team, a gameplay reveal stream is coming very soon!

This gameplay reveal will be roughly 15 minutes long, being the gameplay shown to Gamescom attendees and journalists. We’re to expect information from one of Night City’s districts, different playstyles, and more! It will be a tightly packed 15 minutes, showing off a lot of what the game has to offer. No matter who you are, you’ll be able to tune into the stream on August 30th at 11AM PST.

Unfortunately, the team didn’t only have good news to share. Those at PAX West will no longer be able to attend a dev-panel, but still will have the cosplay contest to look forward to. The team apologizes for this, and stated that logistical and creative reasons were the basis of this choice.

Cyberpunk 2077 will release on April 16th, 2020 for PC, PS4, Google Stadia, and Xbox One. If you’re looking to get the game at retail, pre-orders are available. Tuning into the stream? Excited for Cyberpunk 2077’s release? Be sure to let us know how you feel!
